Getting Ready for 2020

by | Dec 4, 2019 | Strategic Planning

I have to be honest with you. I’ve been getting a little overwhelmed with everyone talking about how a new decade is just around the corner.

This new decade is full of possibilities for us – both in our lives and in our businesses. It’s a chance to renew our focus on our goals or create a new vision that aligns with the paths we want to pursue. We have a natural moment to pause and collect our thoughts about where we’re headed and how we want to get there.

While talking about the turn of the decade can feel a little overwhelming, we’ve already started helping our clients think about their visions for 2020 and the action steps that will help them get there. Because in the end, if we aren’t thinking about where we’re going, how will we get there?

Businesses who set goals are 376% more likely to succeed.

We have the power to set our goals and succeed, but how do we know if our marketing will help us reach those goals? We have a FREE marketing checklist that will help you determine if your marketing plan is ready to meet your goals.

When you have an action plan and a way to track your results, you’ll know if you’re on your way to meeting your goals or if you need to course-correct.

As you work through the 2020 checklist, if you have four or more of the boxes checked, you most likely have a solid plan! If you have less than four, the checklist has the elements you’ll need to start designing for your Vision for 2020. (We are happy to help you if you need it.)

Pricing for Social Media

When you hire a lawyer, you probably have a general idea of what they might cost. You can shop around, but their pricing will most likely be competitive and you’ll need to choose one who you think can do the job best—rather than the one who is the cheapest.  Lots...

How do you know if you are doing your “Best Work?”

With the end of Q2, we wrapped up work for some of our clients whose grant funding had dried up and others who were implementing some new marketing strategies. Whenever a client rolls off our caseload, we hold a debriefing meeting. During this meeting we make sure...

Three Tips for End-of-Year Marketing Planning

It may be September, but Q4 is just days away. Often these last three months are the biggest in terms of growth. However, because we get busy with day-to-day operations, we don’t take time to strategically plan for our end-of-year goals. As a former...

About COVID-19 and the New Normal

There’s a lot of talk about how we should be operating our businesses amidst this “new normal” we’re living in. For some, the initial panic of how to survive COVID-19 — both personally and in business — has subsided, but honestly, some of these conversations forget...
