Position: Account Manager (part-time) - apply by September 26

Stratos Creative Marketing’s Account Manager is responsible for communication and relationships with our ongoing clients. The person in this position serves as the liaison between the Stratos team and the clients as we help our clients grow their businesses. The person in this position facilitates communication with our clients to ensure that our teams have all that they need to create high-quality content.

The pay range for this position is $15-$20/hour depending on experience.  


Client Relationship Management

  • Conduct and lead intake interviews and kick-off calls with clients
  • Conduct regular client meetings
  • Communicate project expectations to team members
  • Troubleshoot and develop creative solutions to any problematic situations while balancing both the client’s best interests and Stratos’ practices
  • Be mindful of other ways Stratos (and associates) can serve our clients better and communicate them to the content team when needed
  • When appropriate, offer new tiers of services to clients

Team Coordination

  • Track the progress of the content creation and project teams
  • Share feedback from clients to team members and vice versa
  • Schedule regular progress meetings as needed

Project Management

  • Tracking project completion and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Create tasks when needed to push the project forward
  • Implement plans per the direction of director and client
  • Provide regular project status updates to the director and clients



  • 1-3 years experience in working directly with clients
  • 1-3 years experience in a supervisory role
  • 1-3 years experience in any of the following: social media, email marketing, social media ads, graphic design, website design + development (BONUS for experience in multiple)
  • Conflict management and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mentality
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and tasks at one time
  • Tech savvy when learning new tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and follow-up/follow-through skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Willing to try new things
  • Access to a computer and stable internet



  • Schedule: 20 hours of work per week; a flexible schedule with various required weekly meetings. Must be available during core business hours (9:30 am-2 pm)
  • Work from Anywhere: All of our employees work remotely. We do our best work, no matter where we are.
  • Paid Time Off is accrued at the rate of .02 hrs per 1 hr paid
  • Volunteer Time Off is accrued at the rate of .02 hrs per 1 hr paid
  • Mental Health Leave is accrued at the rate of .05 hrs per 1 hr paid
  • Auto-enrollment in a Safe Harbor 401(k) after 90 days of employment. Traditional and Roth options are available with up to a 4% employer match. Participation is optional and you are always 100% vested.
  • PT Equipment Reimbursement: Receive up to $400 reimbursement once per 4 years for work-related tech expenses (like a laptop). Amount based on average hours worked that quarter.
  • PT Professional Development: 1-2 hours per week will be spent learning new skills.
