Our Favorite Projects of 2025

by | Nov 19, 2025 | Miscellaneous

Every year, our team pours heart, strategy, creativity, and a whole lot of collaboration into the projects we deliver. As we look back on this year, we wanted to highlight the client work that lit us up the most — the projects that stretched us, inspired us, and made a real impact for the businesses we serve.

Here’s a look at the work our team loved creating this year:

Ryann:

“Is it okay to chuck this empty chocolate box at you while you work?”

…Is something I never thought I would say while creating content for a client.

That is one of my favorite moments from working with our client, Driftless Chocolates, this year. Before I share why, check out the content here.

As a fully remote team, we have never had a client in our town with whom we could fully collaborate to get content. So when we were hired to create reels from them, I was SO EXCITED! (Leave my house for work and get a little chocolate, SAY LESS!)

Working with Driftless Chocolates and our internal teams has pushed me to get creative while focusing on my iPhone videography, interviewing, and directing skills. I want to ensure that the Driftless Chocolates team feels comfortable participating in all the silly/trending activities we film and understands the reasoning behind them. When monthly content approval comes around, I love hearing that the client and their team love what we create from our shoots AND that they love doing it.

But what feels really successful to me is seeing what our content creators do with the footage we film. Fun fact: I do not create the actual social media posts. I make the strategy and film for content, but their content creators (Katie and now Kelsey Diane) understand my vision and create fantastic content. Shout out to them!

The ROI of this project? As we started creating reels for them, they saw organic growth in reach and engagement. As that grew, we decided to implement an ad strategy and saw a massive increase in followers, which in turn led to more customers.

My main takeaway is that having local clients is so much fun, and creating authentic and a little silly content is great for social media. I really hope Madison area companies see the content we create for Driftless Chocolates and want to collaborate with our team.

Julia:

It’s been hard for me to pick a favorite project of the year, but I keep coming back to everything related to the Stratos Social Media Club.

Since the beginning of Stratos, I’ve always been passionate about finding a way to serve business owners who can’t afford our full-service social media offerings. I truly believe that everyone should be able to have quality social media (even if it’s just to show proof of life) if they want it.

This year, we created the Back-to-Social challenge, which helped participants figure out how to engage with social media in a way that felt good to them. We also developed an AMAZING course that I filmed WAY too many videos for. (You’re welcome!) It’ll help any entrepreneur learn how to do social media for business, again in a way that fits into, not controls, their life.

I’m excited to see how this changes the game for business owners in 2025.

Kelsey Diane:

My favorite project this year has been diving deep into video and reel editing for a variety of our clients, including Flourish Coaching Co., Lumata, Driftless Chocolates, Team Wilpers, and even our own Stratos content and courses.

There’s something so rewarding about taking raw footage, whether it’s a client-recorded video, a long webinar, various b-roll video clips, or a series of interviews, and turning it into a scroll-stopping, story-driven reel. I love the challenge of shaping a message: cutting out pauses, choosing the right music, timing captions perfectly, and making every second count.

This work has stretched me both creatively and strategically. I’ve had the opportunity to repurpose long-form content into bite-sized, high-impact clips, craft b-roll–style reels with voiceovers, and even edit longer course videos. Each project has been a chance to tell a story in a new way, and seeing clients light up when they say things like “I love these!” or “You captured my message perfectly” is always the best part.

The impact has been clear: our clients are seeing more engagement, stronger connections with their audiences, and fresh ways to show up online with confidence.

To sum it up: Helping our clients find their voice and connect with their audience through creative, intentional storytelling, one video clip at a time.

Dre:

Looking back on this year, one of my highlights was partnering with the Male Mogul Initiative team on a fundraiser for Co-LLAB’s Summer Youth Work Program. To me, it was more than just a social and email campaign; it was a collaboration rooted in mentorship, creativity, and true partnership.

Working alongside their team gave us (Stratos) the chance to reciprocate the kind of impact they make every day in their community. We took this opportunity to guide and support a brand-new marketing team by helping them build upon their social media marketing skills with actionable tips, data-driven decision-making, and knowledgeable advice from prior campaigns. The weekly check-ins and shared content calendar doc were instrumental in keeping all of us accountable in our work, and it was a fun way to encourage each other and celebrate our wins together.

In just seven weeks, we not only surpassed our $10,000 fundraising goal but also gained so much from the experience ourselves. Watching their team of young leaders step into their potential week after week and knowing we played a small part in helping them grow their skills and confidence was incredibly fulfilling. (Bonus: They’re still using the content calendar we created for them for their organic social posts!)

Savannah:

It’s not every day you get to create a brand for someone near and dear to your heart, but that’s exactly what I got to do for my sister Sophie! She came to us needing a revamped website for her business, NovelBound, and it was a blast. What really stood out to me (besides their beautiful branding) was how well Sophie and Madi know their audience. They knew what they needed and what would best serve their clients.

It was so fun to be able to transfer their passion and love for their community into a digital home for their members. One glance at their homepage and you can see just how fun of a community it is. It left me wanting to join myself!

Kelsey Potter:

I love a good cause, which is why working on Craig’s Walk’s website copy initially drew me in.

Craig’s Walk is an Oklahoma-based nonprofit organization founded by two parents that raises funds and awareness for two local causes in honor of their late son. It’s easy for me to get wrapped up in a nonprofit’s work, especially if they tell their story well, so I was eager to help Craig’s Walk do the same.

As someone who also runs a nonprofit myself, I was inspired by the way they’re reaching out to their supporters and engaging with their local community. It was especially impactful to get to hear about the history of their organization, the inspiration behind it, and their passion for the work they do.

Their organization is unique in that it fundraises and raises awareness for two different causes. When I struggled with how to share both causes on their webpage, I found myself re-reading their discovery guide and listening to their onboarding call with our account manager. I loved hearing the way they spoke about their work. It helped me better understand their hearts, and it also inspired me as I worked on their content.

This was a really heartfelt project, and I was honored to be a small part of it. I loved playing a small role in helping them communicate clearly with their audience in a way that calls supporters in to join their cause and celebrate the life of their son.

Chantalle:

One of my favorite projects this year was working with our Premium Club members. It stretched me in all the best ways: writing in so many different voices and brand personalities hasn’t been easy, but it’s been creatively fulfilling and honestly just fun.

What made it so rewarding was watching the shift happen for clients who came in feeling anxious or overwhelmed by social media. Being able to take that weight off their shoulders and help them show up consistently, and in a way that actually felt like them, felt really meaningful. I loved helping them find their voice, or sometimes, giving them permission even to have one.

It’s been cool to see their brands grow and their communities become more engaged. But more than metrics, I’ve loved knowing they feel less alone in the process, that they can trust the words and worry a little less.

If I had to sum it up? Helping our clients reclaim their voice and feel more confident.

Thank you to our clients for trusting us with your stories, your brands, and your goals. And thank you to our team for bringing such creativity and care to every project. Seeing our team reflect on the work they loved reminds us how powerful strategic, thoughtful marketing can be.

If you’re dreaming up a project for the new year, we’d love to help you bring it to life!
