Repurposing is one of the best strategies for batching your content. Which of your old content can you use again? Hint: You can turn old blogs into social media posts and reels or vice versa.
Use Templates
Templates can help you plan and organize your graphics, and in turn, your content. We may be biased but Stratos has some excellent templates. Canva has plenty, as well!
Create a List of Content Pillars
Having a rotation of posts or a schedule for types of posts can help a lot. For WL&F, Kat used to always post a reel on Mondays, and then rotate between different post types: quote/poem, personal reflection, and conversation starter, etc.
Batch the Stages of Content Creation
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, try brainstorming in one sitting. Then, take a break and tackle writing in the next sitting, and graphics at a different time.
It’s Okay to Start Small
Batching your content doesn’t have to mean that you post every day, or even that you plan out an entire month at once. Start small if you need to. Batch two week’s worth of content Consistency is key. Then expand if you can.
