On the client side, she helps business owners make sure each of their marketing strategies work together to produce the results and revenue they want. On the employee side, she leads the team as we navigate the challenges and joys of working remotely.

The Stratos Story.
Julia started Stratos in 2018 with three months of savings and a belief that her social media skills could make a real difference for businesses. What began as a freelance leap of faith quickly grew into something much bigger.
Within six months, she brought on her first team member. Six months after that, Kelsey P and Savannah joined. And as the team grew, “Julia Block Marketing Solutions” didn’t quite fit anymore, so in 2020, Stratos Creative Marketing was born.
The name changed. The mission didn’t.
Stratos exists because Julia wanted freedom: to be creative, to work on things that matter, to build something without a toxic workplace attached to it. What she didn’t expect was that she’d get to offer that same freedom to a team of people who feel the same way.
That culture shows up in the work. When people love what they do, it comes through in what they create, and our clients feel the difference.
