Freedom Plate
The Problem:
Abigail, Intuitive Eating Counselor and Registered Nurse, was starting a business to provide intuitive eating coaching for clients. She had the expertise to offer a much-needed service, but needed a brand and website to showcase her services to potential clients. We knew we wanted to help Abigail reach others needing her services. Abigail knew it was important to provide clear and relatable messaging, especially as she noticed many other providers in this space had confusing content on their websites.
The Solution:
Stratos worked with Abigail to tease out the most essential parts of her business and help decide what to showcase in her brand. We got to know Abigail and the passion behind her work, along with what colors and looks felt right for her. We also learned directly about her services from Julia’s experience as a group member.
First, we used this information to design a logo and guidelines aligned with Abigail’s Freedom Plate brand. Once she approved the logo, colors, and fonts, we used them to help design her website. We incorporated the information she provided about Freedom Plate in a storied way, which connects with her ideal client as they start their intuitive eating journey.
The Success :
Abigail can now use her brand book as a foundation for social media posts as well as future print materials and, one day, products she would like to sell. In fact, she could already use her branding and messaging on social media, and it was so effective that she reached 10k followers in months. She’s excited to continue using it to connect with new potential customers. Our CEO, Julia, even had the opportunity to participate in one of Abigail’s groups, and she shared that it was life-changing. 10 out of 10 recommend!
