The Problem:
Lime Tree Counseling, a therapy service provider, understood the importance of a consistent social media presence. They knew their current and potential clients were spending time on social media they wanted to show up regularly for their audience but didn’t know what type of posts to create and didn’t have the time to devote to brainstorming or curating content. Their ideal audience, individuals who want their lives to be different and just need help getting there, was on social media, but Lime Tree Counseling wanted to do more to speak directly to them on their social channels. They felt stuck between what they knew was important and what they could take on.
The Solution:
Lime Tree Counseling signed up for Stratos’ Social Media Club Premium so that they could begin posting valuable content regularly. Through this service, they received done-for-you editing of 12 social media templates. Each month, they would meet with a Stratos team member for 30 minutes so Stratos could gather the information necessary to customize their posts.
After that, Stratos would curate the posts and graphics to fit with Lime Tree Counseling’s brand, even scheduling them in the end.
Through The Club, Lime Tree Counseling also had access to live brainstorming sessions and support from Stratos Staff to help them think of additional social media posts or simply think of ways to edit the templates to better fit their business. Finally, they received monthly reports detailing their social media analytics and helping them strategize for future posts.
The Success :
Aside from spending just 30 minutes each month answering a few questions, Lime Tree Counseling could focus on providing therapy services and caring for their clients well all month long, no longer having to stress about what or when to post on social media. Regular, authentic social media posts helped them show up for their audience and nurture the relationships they were building. After using The Social Media Club, Lime Tree Counseling saw increases across the board when it came to their analytics. In a recent report, their total impressions were up 1.3% while their overall engagement was up 11.2%. Lime Tree Counseling’s reach even grew as more people engaged with their posts. A recent report showed their reach up 7.8% and indicated an 8-follower increase in one month across their social media platforms.
