The Problem:

Jean Lefebvre of JLcolor offers color analysis and personal styling services. After 30+ years in business and a wave of renewed public interest in color analysis on social media, Jean was reinventing her brand and business.

She is a highly talented individual with a sought-after service. But working as a solopreneur, Jean knew how important it was for her marketing to run smoothly so she could focus on what she does best, serving her clients. For her marketing to run smoothly, Jean knew she needed to refine and clarify her messaging and communication. She recognized that, having worked by herself for so long, she would benefit from having someone help ask questions and clarify her goals and dreams for herself and her clients.

Jean knew she needed to refresh and clarify her brand to help it continue in its success, and she knew she couldn’t do this piece on her own.

The Solution:

Stratos Creative Marketing came alongside Jean to refresh her brand. We spent time getting to know Jean and what makes JLcolor unique. We learned about Jean’s desire to teach and empower her clients to shop and dress themselves, and about the styles she likes and dislikes.

All of this information helped us design a logo and brand book that would represent Jean’s business well. Her brand book includes logos, typography, brand colors, and tips for using each piece. We also partnered with Jean to utilize these brand guidelines when redesigning her website and planning for future social media posts..

The Success :

As a former interior designer and current Certified Color and Image Consultant for Color Me Beautiful™, Jean knew the importance of a cohesive brand. Once she had all of these pieces in place, Jean felt relieved that she had updated guidelines that aligned with what she had built and aspired to. But it doesn’t end there; these brand guidelines will support Jean’s work into the future as well. With them, Jean feels empowered to create cohesive content for social media moving forward.
