Beaty Brothers

The Problem:

Beaty Brothers Moving, a boutique moving service run by three brothers, came to Stratos for help refreshing their website. They wanted to showcase their unique services, helping their customers relocate and move valuable belongings. Originally, when we spoke, the brothers were only looking for a website refresh, but as we talked, they realized they didn’t know how to consistently direct customers to their website once it was finished. At Stratos Creative Marketing, we won’t leave our clients with a partially completed marketing plan. This is when we decided lead generation was also important.

The Solution:

Stratos and Beaty Brothers Moving partnered to revamp their message so they could better guide new clients. First, we helped them revamp their website so that it told a story, positioning them as a guide and their clients as the story’s heroes. The website now consistently communicates its messaging in the way the brothers had envisioned it would. Next, we worked with them to design ads and lead generators that would draw in new potential customers, expanding their email list to position Beaty Brothers Moving for growth.

Finally, we worked to craft social media posts and nurture emails, providing valuable content to their audience. These two things allow Beaty Brothers Moving to nurture their followers while showcasing their work and personality.

The Success :

Beaty Brothers Moving now has consistent and on-brand messaging on their website, emails, ads, and social media. Together, this system draws new customers in and provides them with education and connection, increasing the odds of them working with Beaty Brothers.

Evidence of the success of these ads is showcased by a recent report, which showed that Meta ads were collecting 12-38 new leads per day, at $0.87-$3.03/lead. Additionally, their followers grew from 269 to 572 in 6 months. In a recent quarterly report, Beaty Brothers Moving saw a 38.13% increase in followers along with a 5.68% increase in average engagement rate.

Their social media growth has translated to a tangible increase in business as well, including completing four out-of-state moves in just one week. The team is even looking at hiring more employees to take on their business growth.
