Problem:

Nastran Andersen of A5 Advisory approached Stratos about a client of hers who needed temporary social media assistance. The client was in the middle of a massive merger and rebrand but didn’t have adequate social media support. Nastran needed a partner that could focus on the social media aspects of the merger, including transitioning accounts, announcing the rebrand, and creating consistent social media both through and after the transition.

Solution:

Stratos was able to step in quickly to help Vyne Dental with their merge. In our first month, we helped merge and rename all of their social media accounts. We were able to downsize eight social media accounts to four.

After the merge, we created consistent social media content to be published on their Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. The posts promoted their services, lead generators, and webinars.

Success:

Because of our partnership with A5 Advisory, Nastran and the marketing team at Vyne Dental were able to focus on all of their merge and rebrand needs knowing that Stratos would be taking care of their social media presence.

The content Stratos made for Vyne helped their Instagram following grow by 37%. During our time working together, they had over 13,000 impressions on Facebook and more than 8,000 impressions on LinkedIn.
Working with the Stratos team, I was able to focus on the other aspects of the rebrand with the client and could trust that Stratos was handling the social media components well. They provided a great partnership, mechanics, and level of professionalism. Any time I put Stratos in front of the client, I felt completely comfortable; they were like an extension of my team.
